Making shea butter

We organized a workshop to make shea butter. A woman who is a specialist of making shea butter for 25 years came and led the workshop. Details of the making process will be described in the project book coming out next year.
Collected shea nuts. They crashed them with a water mill one day before the workshop.
Endless stirring with hands to separate butter from the rest. It was a hard work yet it smelled yummy like chocolate.
